Welcome to Maven Mastering (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website mavenmastering.com and purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Provided

Maven Mastering offers professional mixing and mastering services for audio projects. Pricing and service details are available on our website.

3. Payments & Pricing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.
• Payment must be made in full before services begin.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our mixing and mastering services. If you’re not happy with the result, we offer the following refund policy:

• You may request a full refund if no revisions have been made.
• If you have received revisions but are still unsatisfied, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
• Refund requests must be made directly to us within 7 days of receiving the initial mix or master.

5. Revisions Policy

• We offer 4 free revisions per mix and 2 free revisions per master. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

6. Delivery Time

• Standard turnaround time is 1-3 business days for mastering, and 6-10 days for mixing. Urgent delivery may be available at an extra cost.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain full rights to your music.
• We reserve the right to showcase snippets of our work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
